About Showtime
READ ME:

1. WE are a PVE guild !

2. We raid ! Our raiding program can be found on our site !

3. Our purpose is enjoying PVE content and progress in it

4. We dont whine for items, places of where to raid, decisions of officers, replacements in raids, spots in raids, gold for repair, gold for buying all the possible consumables, or crafting them. We dont cry like little kids.

5. We respect other members, officers, lower ranks members, we understand each others, cooperate in the meaning of progress and we help each other.

6. When we raid, even if we raid 5 hours, we are ready for 10 hours of raiding. That means :

-flasks - guild will provide them ( u need pay weekly fee only )

-many mana pots (for casters)

-many healing pots (for who actualy need)

-many food buffs

-other different potions, specific for each class, or for different situations(like resistance potions).

7. When we do our raiding invites , no one is grouped, no one do Arenas, no one is AFK, everybody are ready to raid and wait for invitations.

8. You can't go AFK during the raid unless you announce the Raid Leader or your Class Leader. But AFK time during a raid, wont grant you spot in the next raids. Also, no one goes AFK without announcing and still he keep his Character in the instance.

9. When you cant come to a raid in a specific day, no matter where we raid in that day, you will announce on AFK post on this Forum. You have to announce with at least 1 hour before the raid start. IF you do not announce your AFK, and you also cant contact anyone from the in-game, to announce us, you will recieve a warning, that may lead to a guild kick.

You cannot have more than 1 AFK post per week. IF you miss too much in more than 2-3 weeks, we may consider you a casual player and we may dont need you any more. Also, long AFK times , like vacations or others kind of problems, if announce wont lead to a guildkick, but may lead to a spot lost in the raid core, if we must to do it, for the meaning of the progress.

10. If you have any problem by any kind with any of the guild-mates, you will resolve it in the next second, wisely. We are a friends guild, we dont need argues, whines, or other kind of negative behaviour.

11. You will know (learn in advance) perfectly the abilities of each boss we killed already and at the boss we didnt killed yet but we intend to. You come fully prepared at raid for any kind of situation. If you are a mage for example, you take stamina gear with you, in any situation. If you need to buff, you wont miss tons of reagents. If you are not sure what's your job at a specific boss, you ask your class leader / raid leader about what you exactly have to do.

12. If we wipe, you dont run away from the boss, making him runing after you and after 10 more players, and loosing the raid time in this way!

Unless the boss is very easely resetable, you will die near the boss (or in a safe resurecting spot) and just run fast back in instance. Look on the raid ! If we can resurect near the boss , dont rush to enter in instance. Ask first, to be sure. Maybe trash respawned meantime, and you loose our time with summoning and shards from locks, instead of just being resurected.

13. When we start the raid, you buff up in the fastest way possible. You dont wait for class leader / raid leader to tell you to start buffing, you just do it. You set in your class channel , the way of good and fast buffing and in time, you are sure that no player from any group is missing your buff.

14. Full concentration in raids, no semi-afk, no slacking, maximize ventrilo volume if needed, be ready to answer fast, and to react fast at decisions taken in ventrilo, and no other factors that can distrurb you from raiding, near you. This is how a hardcore player should raid.

15. Guild doesnt requiere you to donate or deposit any kind of materials, unless is a specific situation where we do need them and then it becomes almost a must(crafting specific resistance gear for example, for specific boss). Though, is always good to check out what we dont have, but is usefull for our raiding and, if you can, to help us also with it.

We work very hard to push new content when its released. This includes extended raid times, gathering consumables, practising bosses and so on.

If you're going to apply, below are a few things and points you should read up on. Applying to us means agreeing and adhering to our policies -

If at any time a breach in those policies are made, particularly during Trialist Membership; immediate cancellation of that Membership is our prerogative.

Know in advance that if your application reeks of completely ignoring our policies; skimming this page instead of actually reading and comprehending it or write lazily and poorly, giving us the idea that you really can't be assed to make yourself look serious about joining us, it will get ignored.

What do we want from our trial players?

1. First of all we can tell you that we don't want loot hungry dummies and DRAMA QUEENS coming along for phat PURPLE PIXELS, we want exceptional and experienced players interested in progressing in the game content among the first.

2. You must know how to play properly your class in a raid environment, in order for the raid to progress through content. Be quick with your reactions and fingers, be able to use all your class abilities and other utilities (such as bandages, potions, flasks, elixirs, etc.) to the maximum. Having a lot of consumables with you when you raid, is a must.

3. We also want you to have long-term plans with World of Warcraft. When we recruit someone, we would like not to have to recruit someone else to take his place after two months.

We will not tolerate players who want to gear up their char, for example: to get that imba loot and wich never come to play again for the progress of the guild.

If you want to gear up your HERO and sell it after that to ebay/another player, dont even bother to think at this idea and PLEASE DONT APPLY to us.

4. You must be active. We usualy dont recruit part-timers raiders or casual players. We don't pretend 100% activity from our members, of course (but sure it won't hurt to have it); but especially during your trial period you are expected to be available for most of our raids.

5. You shouldn't be afraid to spend tons of hours on new content and farming content, also very used to endless wipes, until we will learn to kill the trash of an instance, then a boss, and so on up to last boss. At this stage you should be 100% prepared for hours of raiding and wiping. You should understand that wiping and dieying in an instance is 100% part of this game. Except from the gold perspective, there is absolutely no difference between dieying 100 times in an instance and dieying same many times in PVP. We die, we go again. This is WoW.

6. You know your class perfectly but you also are able to learn and perform well on other raiding stuffs that arent directly about your class , for example (Thadius - Switching sides according to your polarity, watching DEBUFFS at 4th Horseman).

High raiding experience is a huge plus, both pre-TBC and TBC and even WOTLK - however here exceptional players without very good experience may be considered as possible trial players.

7. You have to enjoy your class, and be long-sighted when it comes to this game. As a raiding guild and we expect our people to become part of the guild spirit, and spend a long time with us from content to content. We don't want people who are not planning to stay with us for a long time, as we're not planning to gear up someone who will mainswitch afterwards, or get bored really fast.

8. Ability to use Ventrilo with a microphone .

9. Relatively good social skills; you must be able to speak and understand English, and communicate when spoken to - and on the other hand, know when to stay quiet. As an Applicant, you should keep a low profile and at the same time show a zeal for raiding; we're not interested in friendly outgoing individuals, we're looking for the cream of the crop in regards to hardcore raiders.

10. BUT not last ! You will NEVER come in any farm / progress raid with PVP speccs, if we will find you like that , you will be warned first time, and after kicked out from the guild! Excuses like "i havent got time / gold to respec"; are by no mean accepted, as if you do PVP, means you have time / gold to be fully prepared to raid. If you dont have these, means you will stop pvp and get them.

Other Informations :

Having played in other high-end raiding guilds is a big plus. But also your will to play, to participate to the guild actions, to want to be a part of the game, may be considered in front of a high Wow experience.

Humor is often harsh in guild chat and raid chat, you have to have much tolerance for that kind of stuff.

Your computer and internet connection are both great, if you spend time offline constantly during the raids you're not very useful.

You're always prepared with gold for repairs, consumables and possible quests .

If given Trial Membership, you are a Trial of Simulacrum for 2 to 4 weeks starting from the moment you are able to play in our farming / progress instances. During this time, your attendance, your behavior and how you conduct yourself in-game is carefully monitored. When you wear our guild-tag, your actions reflect on that guild-tag. We don't need or want anyone that'll walk around parading themselves when they're Trialists, and thus, only one small step above people outside of the guild. You have that time to prove to us that you're Simulacrum’s material, and it is entirely at our discretion to terminate that preiod for any breach or violation of our policies, trust or patience.

If you're worthless, we'll tell you. There's a difference between making a mistake and just not giving it anywhere near your best. In short, raiding is a constant learning-process, and everyone will be happy to help you out as best they can, provided you WANT to learn and WANT to be the best you can be. If you\'re a downright that about taking advice, or if you're just plain useless, expect to be treated as such.

Our trial players will not get loot in front of higher ranks. During the trial period, we want you to see in action, and after we decide weather you deserve the loot that guild get, or you dont.

In your application :

* You MUST include a screenshot with your UI loaded on one of the poppular image servers, like http://www.imageshack.us . We prefer to see a raid content, can be also a Battleground in combat where your interface looks alike a raiding environment, not a character AFK in Dalaran.

*You can speak freely about anything else is not mentioned in our questions , but we do requiere to also answer as best as you can to our questions

*You can present to us your raid addons also

*When you are presenting us your previous experience, please keep in mind to actualy be sincerely and point out only the content you have been part on, on the specific gear. For example, we dont care that you cleared Sunwell Plateau at lvl 80, neither do we care that you did some Ulduar hard modes with full Icecrown gear, 1.5 years later. And we do check for those things.
